Although it took a while because the weather was not good recently so the carpet didn't dry right away, so the owner offered free exterior detailing even though it wasn't technically their fault why it was delayed. My car was cleaned well, there was no trace of water inside. The owner was also kind and easy to talk to. Overall, great experience at their shop.
